Gremolata (Italian:[ɡremoˈlaːta]) or gremolada (Italian:[ɡremoˈlaːda]; Lombard:[ɡremuˈlaːda]) is a green sauce made of chopped parsley, lemon zest, and garlic. It is the standard accompaniment to the Milanese braised veal shank dish ossobuco alla milanese.[1][2]
