The Warsangali (Somali: Warsangeli, Arabic: قبيلة ورسنجلي)[1] is a Somali sub clan. It is part of the Harti clan, which belongs to the Darod, one of the largest Somali tribe-families.[2][3] In the Somali language, the name Warsangali means "bringer of good news."[1] The Warsangali primarily inhabit the Sanaag.[4]
