Woolton (locally /ˈwuːltən/; WUHL-ton)[1][2][3][4] is a suburb of Liverpool, England.[5] It is an area located southeast of the city and bordered by Allerton, Gateacre, Halewood, and Hunt's Cross. At the 2011 Census, the population was 12,921.[6]
