Mu kratha (Thai: หมูกระทะ, RTGS: mu kratha, pronounced[mǔːkrā.tʰáʔ]) is a Southeast Asian cooking method, originating in Thailand. In Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia, it is known as mookata.[1] In Laos, it is known as sindad (Lao: ຊີ້ນດາດ).
