Huasaga, also known as Cab. en Wampuik, is a rural parish located in the Taisha canton of Morona Santiago Province, in the Amazon region of Ecuador.[1] The parish was officially established on February 20, 1989, and covers an area of 124,574.89 hectares. The population of the parish is estimated to be around 2,000 inhabitants, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INEC) of Ecuador.[2][3][4]
