Bruno Lemaitre (French pronunciation:[bʁynoləmɛtʁ]; born (1965-09-21)September 21, 1965 in Lille, France) is a French immunologist and a professor at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). His research focuses on the mechanisms of innate immunity and endosymbiosis in Drosophila.[1] Lemaitre has also authored several books on the topic of narcissism in science.[2][3] and a book on the philosophy of Michael Polanyi.
