Wilmas 13(W13)is an almost exclusively Mexican American gang from Wilmington, Los Angeles, California. The gang is made of three sides. East Side Wilmas (ESW), West Side Wilmas (WSW) and the North Side Wilmas (NSW) for each side of Wilmington.[1] All sides of the gang are rivals with each other.
