Peckham (/ˈpɛkəm/PEK-əm) is a district in south-east London, within the London Borough of Southwark. It is 3.5 miles (5.6 km) south-east of Charing Cross.[1] At the 2001 Census the Peckham ward had a population of 14,720.[2]
