Muhammad Salih Mustafa (born in Çınar, Diyarbakır)[1] is the Party President and General Emir of the Islamic Party of Kurdistan (PIK), a Kurdish, militant Islamist group, fighting to establish an Islamic State of Kurdistan in South-Eastern Turkey.[1]
