Liban Yusuf Osman (Somali: Liibaan Yuusuf Cismaan, Arabic: ليبان يوسف عثمان ) is a Somali politician, who is currently serving as the Deputy Minister of Health Development. He formerly served as the Deputy and acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Somaliland.
