The Kannada Wikipedia (Kannada: ಕನ್ನಡ ವಿಶ್ವಕೋಶ) is the Kannada-language edition of Wikipedia. Started in June 2003, it is moderately active and as of April 2024, it has 31,840 articles with 221 active users.[1][2] It is the twelfth-most popular Wikipedia in the Indian subcontinent.[3]
The Kannada Wikipedia community held a meeting in Bangalore on April 2, 2006, which got fairly high press coverage.[4]
