Hiv Rural District (Persian: دهستان هيو) is in the Central District of Savojbolagh County, Alborz province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Hiv.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as a part of Tehran province) was 14,352 in 3,992 households.[5] In the most recent census of 2016, the population was 15,164 in 4,927 households, by which time the county had separated from the province and become a part of recently established Alborz province.[6] The most populous of its eight villages was Hiv, with 8,697 people.[2]
