Hermann Wilhelm Souchon (German pronunciation: [suˈʃɔŋ]; 2 January 1895[1] – 1982) was a German Naval officer and the suspected assassin, according to the testimonies of two accomplices, of Rosa Luxemburg on 15 January 1919 in Berlin.
