First Colony is a 9,700-acre (39 km2) master-planned community in Fort Bend County, Texas. The community, with approximately 50,000 residents,[2] encompasses over 9,500 residential houses in 98 neighborhoods[3][4] located across southern parts of Sugar Land with a few neighborhoods spanning into Missouri City.
