Charles "Fox" DeBarber is an American cyber threat intelligence and tech victim advocate, best known for his role as a cyber intelligence analyst on the CBS television series Hunted. He is a former United States Army analyst and is the Director of Operations at the non-consensual sexual abuse material (NCSAM) victim advocacy organization Phoenix AI.[1][2][3]
