UPF0687 protein C20orf27 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the C20orf27 gene.[5][6] It is expressed in the majority of the human tissues. One study on this protein revealed its role in regulating cell cycle, apoptosis, and tumorigenesis via promoting the activation of NFĸB pathway.[7]
