The Bedoon or Bidoon (Arabic: بدون جنسية, romanized: Bidūn jinsiya, lit. 'without nationality'), fully Bidoon jinsiya, are stateless people in several Middle Eastern countries,[1] but particularly in Kuwait, where there is a large population of stateless people who lack access to many of the country's basic services.[2][3][4][5] It is widely believed that the Bedoon issue in Kuwait is sectarian in nature.[2][6][3][4][7][8][5]
