Alejandro Junco de la Vega (born August 28, 1948) is a Mexican journalist and newspaper publisher known for developing one of the largest and most powerful newspaper consortiums in Latin America.[1] Junco is an outspoken advocate for journalistic integrity[2] and has actively campaigned since the 1970s to reform journalism, strengthen press freedom, and promote public information laws in Mexico.[3]
