Zarbali Gasim oghlu Gurbanov (Azerbaijani: Zərbəli Qasım oğlu Qurbanov, 1932 — 2003) was the First Secretary of Amasia District Party Committee (1981-1985), editor of Sovet Ermenistani newspaper (1985-1989).
