David Warren Arthur EastCBE FRS FREng FIET FBCS[1] (born 27 October 1961) is a British businessman and engineer. He is a former chief executive officer (CEO) of Rolls-Royce Holdings, a leading UK-based engine manufacturer,[3][4] and previously held senior positions at ARM Holdings and Texas Instruments.[1][5][6]
