Vsevolod (Seva) Yakovlevich Gakkel' (Russian: Всеволод (Сева) Яковлевич Гаккель; born 19 February 1953) is a Russian rock musician, who played cello in the band Aquarium. Gakkel founded the club TaMtAm and was the art director of the club Chinese Pilot Jao Da [ru] in Saint Petersburg.[1]
