Vladimir Sergeyevich Lisin (born 7 May 1956) is a Russian billionaire businessman. He is the chairman and majority shareholder of Novolipetsk (NLMK), one of the four largest steel companies in Russia.
According to Bloomberg Billionaires Index, in 2021 he was the richest man in Russia and 58th richest in the world with an estimated net worth of US$ 26.6 billion.[1] In the 2023 Forbes rating, Lisin dropped to third place among Russian billionaires, losing to Andrey Melnichenko and Vladimir Potanin, his fortune is estimated at $22.1 billion. [2]
