United Airports of Georgia LLC (Georgian language საქართველოს აეროპორტების გაერთიანება) is a state-owned company in Georgia established in 2011,[1] functioning under the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.[2] It is the owner on behalf of the Georgian government of the country's civil airports,[3] of which it operates three. The civil airports comprise Tbilisi International Airport[3] and Batumi International Airport,[3] which are both operated by TAV Georgia,[3] and those operated by UAG itself, which are Kutaisi International Airport[3] and two domestic airports, namely, Mestia Airport, also known as Queen Tamar Airport,[3] and (from 2017) Ambrolauri Airport.[4][5][3]
