The Tata Steel Chess Tournament 2013 was the 75th edition of the Tata Steel Chess Tournament. Previously known as the Corus Chess Tournament, it was renamed after Tata Steel, which purchased the Corus Group.[1] It was held in Wijk aan Zee from 12 to 27 January 2013.
The tournament was won by Magnus Carlsen for the third time. Carlsen finished on 10/13, matching Garry Kasparov's best score in the event, set in 1999.[2][3]
