Suzy Bemba (French: [syzi bɛmba];[1] born 22 June 2000 in Diou, Allier)[2] is a French actress known for her appearances in Poor Things, Homecoming, and Kandisha. In January 2024, she was featured on Unifrance's 10 to Watch.[3] She was also included in the European Shooting Stars programme at the 2024 Berlin International Film Festival.[4]

In 2023 Bemba starred alongside Emma Stone and Mark Ruffalo in Poor Things, directed by Yorgos Lanthimos. She described the role of Toinette as her "favorite character ever", explaining that "she is a socialist and a feminist and whatever pain she has, she's never in pain because she is a Black female."[5] She founded the Actors Association (ADA),[6] a professional support group aiming to combat harassment and improve on-set protection for French actors.[7]

Bemba is studying medicine alongside her acting career.[5]
