Stephen Kwaku Balado Manu (born 23 August 1958)[1] is a teacher[1] and Ghanaian politician of the Republic of Ghana. He was the Member of Parliament representing Ahafo Ano South constituency of the Ashanti Region of Ghana in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Parliament of the 4th Republic of Ghana.[2] He is a member of the New Patriotic Party.[1]
