Starover Blue is an American experimental dream pop band from Portland, OR, with roots in San Jose, CA. Their sound has been described as "a darker, moodier take on traditional synth-pop," layering "familiar, warm Juno synthesizer tones" with "somber, contralto vocals."[1] Comparisons have been drawn to the Scottish band Cocteau Twins[2][3] as well as Wye Oak, The Antlers, and Low Roar.[citation needed]
