Sergey Konstantinovich Medvedev (Russian: Серге́й Константи́нович Медве́дев; June 2, 1958) is a Russian journalist and TV presenter who would later become the Press Secretary of Russian President Boris Yeltsin from 1995 to 1996. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.[3]
