Prince Sergey Nikolaevich Khovansky (October 3, 1767 – March 26 (or 29),[1] 1817, Arkhangelskoye, Stavropol District,[2] Simbirsk Governorate) was an Actual State Councillor, governor of Simbirsk in 1802–1808.
