Sarkis Hovhannesi Kasyan or Kasian (Qosyan, Armenian: Սարգիս Հովհաննեսի Կասյան (Քոսեան), January 28 [O.S. January 16], 1876, Shusha - December 11, 1937) was an Armenian Soviet statesman, politician, publicist and journalist.[1]
He was arrested and later shot in 1937 during the Great Purge. He was posthumously rehabilitated.
