Ruse Iztok Thermal Power Plant (Bulgarian: ТЕЦ Русе Изток) is a power plant situated near the city of Ruse, Bulgaria. It has an installed capacity of 400 MW. It is owned by Holding Slovenske elektrarne.[1]
