Rupert James Graham Lowe (born 31 October 1957) is a British politician, farmer[1] and businessman, who served as the Brexit Party Member of the European Parliament (MEP) in the West Midlands constituency from 2019 to 2020.[2]
Lowe was chairman of Southampton Football Club from 1996 to 2006 and then again from 2008 to 2009, when the company was placed into administration.
