The Reproductive Health Act is a New York statute enacted on January 22, 2019, that expanded abortion rights, decriminalized abortion, and eliminated several restrictions on voluntary abortions in the state.[1] The RHA repealed §4164 of the state Public Health Law.[2] The law has received national media attention.[3]
