Prithvipur Assembly constituency is one of the 230 Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) constituencies of Madhya Pradesh state in central India.[1] Initially, it came into existence in 1951 as one of the 48 Vidhan Sabha constituencies of the erstwhile Vindhya Pradesh state,[2] but it was abolished in 1956. This constituency again came into existence in 2008, following the delimitation of the legislative assembly constituencies.
