Plato Freiherr[a] von Ustinov[b] (born Platon Grigoryevich Ustinov; Russian: Платон Григорьевич Устинов; 1840–1918)[1] was a Russian-born German citizen and the owner of the Hôtel du Parc (Park Hotel) in Jaffa, Ottoman Empire (now Israel).
