Percival Loines Pemberton (4 May 1875 – 11 June 1949),[1] was a British philatelist and stamp dealer who signed the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 1921. He was the son of Edward Loines Pemberton (1844–1878) who was also an eminent philatelist.[2]
