Pellegrino Strobel (22 August 1821 – 8 June 1895)[1] was an Italian ornithologist, zoologist, naturalist and Italian politician. He is considered among the leaders of Italian malacology and, with Gaetano Chierici and Luigi Pigorini, is an important figure in Italian prehistoric archaeology.
