Stephen Paul Quine (born 17 January 1969) is a Manx-born commercial pilot and former politician who, on 31 August 2002 was pilot in command of the final Manx Airlines flight.[1] On 27 August 2020 he was elected as a Member of the House of Keys for the constituency of Douglas South in a by-election,[2] before narrowly losing his seat at the subsequent General Election.
