Patrick Graham MillenKSGQSOJP (5 August 1927 – 14 July 1994) was a diplomat and the New Zealand Secretary of the Cabinet and Clerk of the Executive Council from 1973 until 1987.[1][2] In 1991 he was ennobled as a Knight by Pope John Paul II in recognition of his long and distinguished service to the Catholic Church and for his public service.[3]
