Paolo Lorenzi (Italian pronunciation:[ˈpaːololoˈrɛntsi];[1][2][3] born 15 December 1981) is an Italian former professional tennis player and former Italian number 1. He was coached by Claudio Galoppini.[4][5] At the age of 34 years and seven months, Lorenzi became the oldest first-time champion in ATP history when he won the title at the 2016 Generali Open Kitzbühel.[6]
