Panagiotis Mitarachi (Greek: Παναγιώτης (Νότης) Μηταράκης[a]), known as Notis Mitarachi (born 1972), is a Greek politician who served as Minister of Migration and Asylum from 2020 to 2023. He is a member of the Hellenic Parliament for Chios with New Democracy. He was a President of the Council of the European Union (Foreign Affairs – Trade) during the Hellenic Presidency, and is a former Deputy Minister for Economic Development and Competitiveness.
