North Macedonia[a] has participated in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 18 times since their debut in the inaugural 2003 contest. Macedonian Radio Television (MRT) is responsible for the country's participation in the contest. North Macedonia has participated in every contest with the exceptions of 2012, 2014 and 2020 contests.[1]
