The Nodutdol for Korean Community Development or Nodutdol (Korean: 노둣돌; lit. stepping stone) is the largest nonprofit and nongovernmental organization of Koreans residing in New York, with a presence in other cities.[1][2] They have been described as supportive of North Korea.[3][4]
