Noah Raford (born 3 May 1978 in Charlottesville, Virginia) is an American futurist and specialist in public policy, strategy and emerging technologies.[1] He is a founding executive of the Dubai Future Foundation[2][3][4] and the Museum of the Future,[5] and is currently the Futurist-in-Chief and Chief of Global Affairs at the Dubai Future Foundation.[6][7][4] He was responsible for a project claiming to be the world's first fully functional 3D printed building[8] and a blockchain strategy for Dubai.[9][10]
