Nejmi Succari (born 20 October 1939) is a Syrian violinist from Aleppo. He was a finalist in the 1967 Leventritt Competition.[1] He studied with Russian violinist Mikhail Boricenco, a former student of Leopold Auer who had left Moscow for Syria in the 1920s.
Sergiu Luca, a Rumanian-born Israeli, and Nejmi Succari, 27, of Syria, the other two finalists, received $500 each.
