Naga Airport (IATA: WNP, ICAO: RPUN) is an airport serving the city and metropolitan area of Naga (including the provincial capital Pili), located in the province of Camarines Sur in the Philippines. Although the airport is named after Naga, it is actually located in the provincial capital, Pili. The airport is classified as a Class 1 principal (major domestic) airport by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, a body of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) that is responsible for the operations of not only this airport but also of all other airports in the Philippines except the major international airports.
In 2019, the DOTr announced that they intended to make the airport capable of handling flights at night by 2021.[2] As of March 2022, the airport is considered to be night-rated by the CAAP. [3]
