He served as a Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Digital Transformation from 2019 to March 2023.[3][4][5][6] On 21 March 2023 his duties and title was expanded to Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology – Minister for Digital Transformation.[7]
