Mundys SpA (formerly Atlantia SpA) is an Italian holding company active in the motorway and airport infrastructure and mobility-related services industry, operating tolling services in 24 countries, including 11 for motorway and airport infrastructure concessions (France, Italy, Poland, United Kingdom and Spain in Europe and worldwide in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, India and Puerto Rico).

The group manages 9,400 km (5,800 mi) of toll motorways, Fiumicino and Ciampino airports in Italy and the three airstrips of Nice, Cannes-Mandelieu and Saint Tropez in France with more than 60 million passengers a year.[2]

It was listed on the Borsa Italiana until December 2022.[3]

The main shareholders are: Edizione (a company of the Benetton family), Blackstone and the CRT Foundation.[4]

Atlantia changed its name to Mundys on 15 March 2023.[5]
