Mugij is a small village in Ratnagiri district, Maharashtra state in Western India.[1] The 2011 Census of India recorded a total of 570 residents in the village.[1] In Mugij there are three primary schools one is Urdu medium and another are Marathi medium. In Mugij there are many religions people are living like Hindu Muslim and Buddha. Mugij's geographical area is 256 hectares (630 acres).[1]
