The Movement of Classist Workers and Laborers (Spanish: Movimiento de Obreros y Trabajadores Clasistas, MOTC) was a Peruvian mass organization formed by the Communist Party of Peru-Shining Path.[1] It began in 1976 and was formalized into the Shining Path's united front in 1979. MOTC had the objective of recruiting urban union workers for the party, however it mainly had a presence with informal and itinerant workers.[2][3]

After the Chuschi attack, the MOTC initiated the first Shining Path attack in Lima with molotov cocktails at San Martín de Porres.[4]
